By joining our waitlist, you provide your email address voluntarily. Joining the waitlist does not create any obligation on the part of EchoPay.io to provide you with access to any product or service, nor does it constitute a contract for future services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the waitlist at any time.

11. Governing law

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws of your country of residence. Where such laws apply, they take precedence over the governing law provisions above to the extent of any conflict.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
